Great hostel located near Saida. It's great place to stay while visiting south of Lebanon. The host is very friendly and helpful. The communication was great. Highly recommend this place!

100 percent recommend people visiting Saidon stay here! Excellent communication with the owner (over WhatsApp) who's amazingly helpful and friendly. Being 10 mins from the centre isn't a problem as very generously we were picked up when we first arrived and then having dropped off our bags we were driven back to town to explore. Plus the views alone would make it worth it! Hope to visit again :)

Saidon Hostel was great, the view was gorgeous and everything we needed was there. Mahmood, the owner is very kind and extremely helpful, he assisted us at arrival and made sure to guide us to the hotspots of Saidon! Would 5/5 recommend!

*I spend 3 nights in Saidon Hostel when i visited Lebanon. The hostel is 5km from the city center, has a terrace, some views, kitchen for those like me want to prepare some meals. It is a cozy place far from the noise and a perfect place to explore Saida and south of Lebanon, and also a great place for a day trip to Tyr, Jezeen and surroundings.*

Very nice and clean hostel. Mahmoud was very kind to pick us up from the bus station. It’s a bit far from the city center but it’s easy to take the bus or taxi from the main road.

Even though the hostel is a bit far from the city, there is taxis or bus to bring you to the center. Mahmoud is a very kind and helpful host. He will try to make your stay as good as possible which is enjoyable for your trip in Sidon!

Uncommon experience to live in a whole hostel alone. Global pandemic changed the world but it did not change this place in any bad way. Of course there is different pace for keeping up with a whole apartment if there is no one traveling at all but the place was fairly clean. The host is very helpful and kind. He gave me a lift from the center of Saida to the hostel which is situated in a calm and beautiful valley. The terrace is great and full of sun and you have an amazing view every day.

Very good hostel for a very good price. You have everything you need, a fully equipped kitchen, nice bedroom and a lot of space. Additionally Mahmood is one of the kindest and most helpful people I've met in this beautiful country.

The host Mahmoud was excellent - easy to communicate with, friendly and very accommodating - he basically met our every request. The location is excellent. Not too far from the town yet in a marvellous beautiful location facing the hills. The place was well-maintained and clean with all the facilities you might need. Only thing we faced was that we stayed there on the middle of a terrible storm, so it was cold and the internet was down, but this can't be helped. Mahmoud made sure we all had extra blankets to keep warm. We initially only wanted to stay a single night, but decided to extend the stay given how good everything was!

WiFi didn’t work, but excellent shower in the villa and clean sheets. It was a cold night but the host gave two blankets. Parking outside the premises. Area is safe and residential. A bit off city limits but the price 15 usd is hard to beat. Quite night. Host also gave towel for the shower and seemed very friendly. Would recommend this hostel.
